The return of opulence in jewellery is trending with the heavy layering of silver chains around the neck and single wide cuff bangles on an arm, layering chunky pieces together for a totally lavish result.
This season, jewellery has gone chunky on all fronts. By all means wear your entire collection of bangles on one arm but leave out the rest of the jewellery, save the earrings. Or you could leave off the earrings and wear not one, but two or more chunky necklaces.

The rest of your outfit should not compete with your jewellery. Such heavily adorned looks go beautifully with minimalist clothing, or simple outfit that are very well cut.
One point to note: chunky jewellery looks best on big or tall women who can carry them off. Avoid them if you are petite as you would look as if the jewels are wearing you, not you wearing them.
